Westchester Square Car Wash Praises Fast Actions Of CarWatch® Support Team

, Brian Koniszewski has come to depend a great deal on his CarWatch system. "Quite frankly, I don't know where we'd be without this computer," said the manager of Westchester Square Car Wash, a bustling full service operation in the New York City borough of the Bronx.

"We haven't had many issues with CarWatch over the years, but anytime anything has come up, the support team has been right there," added Koniszewski. Based on his experience with the CPU replacement, Koniszewski has learned two valuable lessons: always have a back up computer, and work with a software company that's committed to support.
