The Full-Service SiteThis is a busy full service wash that has been a big believer in the power of unlimited monthly plans. In fact, the wash offered monthly plans and ran them manually before SiteWatch ARM was even available. The wash added ARM in early 2008, so it could sell, control and manage its monthly pass plan more effectively. In the first six months after installing ARM, the wash increased its number of monthly pass customers by 9.4%. By retrying the credit cards of monthly pass customers after they’ve been rejected, the wash has greatly reduced the number of drop outs. Since the number of drop outs is relatively low, the wash is able to follow up by making phone calls to former pass holders whose plans have expired. Through these phone calls, it has been able to convince 29% of these former pass holders to rejoin the program. |
