Here’s How Remote WashCAP Works

  1. Customers who purchase a wash from your neighbor’s service station are issued numbered wash code receipts at the pump.

  2. This information is sent to your SiteWatch computer over a secure Internet connection.

  3. When customers turn over receipts at your wash, their wash code is entered into SiteWatch, and they receive their wash.

Tight Control

A number of powerful features in SiteWatch Remote WashCAP ensure that you maintain tight control over sales made at outside service stations. SiteWatch automatically authorizes sales when it recognizes the wash code, without depending on the actions of your employees. This protects against an employee claiming a paid transaction was a prepaid sale at an outside pump. Used wash codes automatically become invalid, so they can’t be used for multiple washes.

Wash Code receipts automatically expire if not used within one year or sooner if you prefer. All sales made at your neighbor’s pumps are listed as separate items in a distinct section of the SiteWatch General Sales Report, so it’s easy for you to see the number of washes sold and the dollar value of those sales.

 

Each wash code receipt has a distinct number that becomes invalid after one use, to ensure tight control.
