By swiping XPT Employee Access Cards through the self-pay station’s card reader, managers can issue rewashes, refunds, and free washes. The cards can also be used to reprint receipts, re-enter loyalty club and FastPass numbers, enter barcode numbers and enter house account numbers.
A quick and efficient way to take care of special service situations, the XPT Employee Access Card works this way:
- Managers swipe their personalized cards through the XPT’s card reader.
- This brings up a “Staff Page,” which has buttons for different options, such as rewash, free wash, and receipt printing.
- The manager makes the selection to render the service.
- All services rendered are identified by individual manager in your Site Operations Report or Security Log Browser.
Each manager has his or her own card, so you always know who used the card, and when they used it. If an individual manager leaves your wash his or her card can be deactivated on site or remotely.
Swiping the Employee Access Card through the XPT is much faster than entering numeric codes into the self-pay station. This allows your managers to resolve customer issues much more quickly, resulting in a better service experience.
Aside from greater speed, using the XPT Employee Access Card is more secure than entering numeric codes. The only way to access the staff page is through the cards. Plus, unlike numeric codes, the cards can’t be copied.
