Automatic Recharge Module Monthly Pass Plan Options

The SiteWatch^® Automatic Recharge Module gives you the flexibility to run monthly pass plans your way. Select the type of monthly pass that best meets the needs of your business and its customers. Here are some examples:

Unlimited Pass — This plan allows customers to bring in their vehicles as often as they like with no restrictions. The advantage of this plan is that it is very attractive to customers, since it gives them the maximum level of control over when and how they use their monthly passes. The disadvantage is that the plan can be abused by customers who “overuse” their passes.

Daily Limit Pass — A popular concept, this plan restricts monthly pass holders to one wash a day. This gives customers a sense of controlling their passes; yet it offers you a safeguard against over use. The SiteWatch Automatic Recharge Module tracks pass usage to ensure that the daily limit cannot be exceeded.

Limited Pass — This plan provides a tighter level of control over pass usage than the Daily Limit Plan. You determine maximum number of washes customers can receive during a one-month period. For example, you can limit customers to no more than 10 or 20 washes a month. Credits do not carry over. Here again, the SiteWatch Automatic Recharge Module controls pass usage without depending on the actions of your employees. This protects against loss due to fraud or error.

Multi Profit Center Pass — The SiteWatch Automatic Recharge Module allows you to include different profit centers in your monthly passes. For example, you can set up a pass plan that entitles customers to one detail shop visit or oil change and a specified number of carwashes every month.
